"I recently started working with Carlos Capellan's State Farm office after they took over my policies from my previous State Farm agent, who retired last year. Changing agents can sometimes be a little uncertain, but the transition has been excellent.
I worked with their team on a fairly complex series of updates involving my homeowners, auto, motorcycle, and umbrella policies. They were patient, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain my options while helping me find the coverage that best fit my needs. Throughout the process, they were responsive, professional, and made what could have been a complicated experience feel straightforward.
It's reassuring to know I have an agency that is willing to take the time to answer questions and make sure everything is set up correctly. I look forward to continuing to work with Carlos and his team. Highly recommended!"
